Research peptides are sold as research chemicals, for laboratory and research use only. That framing is not a slogan; it sets what the product is for and what a buyer takes on. This page explains the position. It is general information, not legal advice, and the rules where you operate are yours to confirm.

Research use only

Every line is supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory and research use. It is not for human or animal consumption, and not for use in food, cosmetic or drug products. Nothing here is a medicine and none of it is offered for a therapeutic purpose.

Who we supply

Supply is business to business: approved resellers, clinics and laboratories, not the public. The desk approves the business before it can order. Who can open an account.

The buyer's responsibility

A buyer is responsible for handling, storing and using the material lawfully in their own jurisdiction, and for how they describe and sell it on. If you resell, keep your own listings to the same research-use framing; see the reseller guide.

Customs and import

An order from our Canadian warehouse does not cross a border. One from our US warehouse is subject to Canadian import rules, and any duty, tax or brokerage on it is paid by us. How shipping and customs work here is set out in shipping and freight.
