How every batch is checked
A batch is tested before it is released: identity by HPLC retention time against a reference standard, confirmed by mass spectrometry, and purity by RP-HPLC with a 98.0% minimum. A batch that fails any line of its specification is quarantined and never ships. The batch number is printed on the vial label and the carton, and anyone can pull up its certificate of analysis on the COA lookup without signing in. How a batch is made and released.
Who we sell to
Trade accounts only: resellers and distributors, clinics, and research laboratories. Opening an account takes a few minutes. Everything we supply is for laboratory research use only, and we do not advise on use.
How ordering works
Order by the box from the price list or the quick order pad, or ask for a quote on volume, and pay against a proforma invoice: nothing is charged automatically. Lines on the shelf dispatch 1 to 2 business days after payment clears, lines on order in 2 weeks, made-to-order lines in 4 weeks, and special-order lines on the date the desk confirms when it acknowledges the order; every parcel ships tracked. This closes the quote. The price is not held afterwards, so if the requirement comes back it is priced again at current prices.
Report a shortage or damage
Tell us what arrived wrong and it is on the clock from today. Keep the carton and the packing material until it is settled: the carrier can ask to see them, and we file the freight claim rather than you.
Send this first, then reply to the email it sends you with photographs of the outer carton and the vials. Sending it now is what stops the clock.
Request a cancellation
The desk reviews cancellations the same business day. Until it confirms, the order keeps moving. Once boxes are packed a cancellation is treated as a return.
