The three lines most resellers start with, at the per-box price everyone pays. Per sealed box of 10 vials in CAD, DAP, delivered in Canada. Everything else on the list is priced off the same rule; volume above the list is quoted.

- Dispatch 1 to 2 business days from cleared payment for lines on the shelf, 4 weeks made to order, special orders dated by the desk.
- Minimum order $300.00 CAD, one sealed box per line. First order from $100.00 CAD.
- Settlement by Interac e-Transfer, credit card (plus GST/HST), Wise, Bitcoin, or USDT on Tron or Ethereum, against a proforma invoice.

Accept this quote
Accepting confirms the terms below. The desk raises the order against them and sends a proforma invoice with the payment details. Nothing is charged until you pay against the proforma invoice the desk issues.
Decline this quote
This closes the quote. The price is not held afterwards, so if the requirement comes back it is priced again at current prices.
Report a shortage or damage
Tell us what arrived wrong and it is on the clock from today. Keep the carton and the packing material until it is settled: the carrier can ask to see them, and we file the freight claim rather than you.
Send this first, then reply to the email it sends you with photographs of the outer carton and the vials. Sending it now is what stops the clock.
Request a cancellation
The desk reviews cancellations the same business day. Until it confirms, the order keeps moving. Once boxes are packed a cancellation is treated as a return.
Reset your password
Give us the address on the account and we will send a link that lets you set a new password. The link works once and expires after an hour.
Shipping and freight
How an order gets from our shelf to your goods-in.
Freight
Freight is included on orders of $1,000.00 CAD and over. Below that the checkout quotes the carrier for your address, or a flat $35.00 CAD when no live quote comes back, before you pay; nothing is added after that. Prices exclude taxes.
Carriers: Purolator, FedEx, UPS, Canada Post. Ask for a specific carrier or your own account number and we will use it.
Everything ships tracked and plainly packed. There is nothing on the outer carton naming the contents.
Cold chain and transit
Lyophilised powder tolerates short ambient transit, which is why it ships that way as standard. Cold chain is available on request.
On arrival, return lyophilised stock to minus 20 degrees Celsius. Once reconstituted, hold at 2 to 8 degrees Celsius and use to your own protocol.
Part shipments
Where a line is short we ship what is on the shelf and follow with the balance at no extra cost, each consignment with its own packing list. You can ask us to hold the whole order instead: tell the desk when you place it.
Customs and duties
Orders ship from our warehouse in Canada, or from our US warehouse when that is where the stock is. A parcel from the US crosses the border tracked, and any import duty, tax or brokerage on it is paid by us: you pay nothing extra at the door.
Shortages, damage and returns
Report within 5 business days of delivery with photographs of the outer carton and the vials. Freight claims are filed by us.
Sealed boxes are not returnable once they have left our control. A batch that is out of specification is a different matter and is covered on the quality page and in clause 5 of the terms of sale.
