The three lines most resellers start with, at the per-box price everyone pays. Per sealed box of 10 vials in CAD, DAP, delivered in Canada. Everything else on the list is priced off the same rule; volume above the list is quoted.

- Dispatch 1 to 2 business days from cleared payment for lines on the shelf, 4 weeks made to order, special orders dated by the desk.

What does in stock mean here?
Boxes are held in Canada or the United States against a batch that is in date, counted on the shelf rather than promised. A paid order for them leaves in 1 to 2 business days, DAP, delivered in Canada, tracked.
How quickly can an order on this page ship?
1 to 2 business days from cleared payment for the lines on the shelf. The batch number and its retest date are confirmed when the order is acknowledged, and the certificate travels with the shipment.
What about the other 141 lines?
23 are made to order and ship in 4 weeks, 5 are on order and ship in 2 weeks, 21 are on the way in and ship in 1 week and 92 are special orders, brought in on a 50-box minimum. Made-to-order lines are made against the same specification; a mixed order goes out as what is on the shelf first, and the rest follows on a second consignment at no extra freight.
How often does this page change?
It is the register, so it changes as boxes are received and as orders are packed. The date above is the day the shelf last moved, not the day you are reading it.
Is there a minimum order?
$300.00 CAD of goods and one sealed box per line (10 of BAC3). BAC3 is sold 10 boxes at a time: bacteriostatic water ships in its own parcel. Freight included on orders of $1,000.00 and over, quoted at checkout below that.
Accept this quote
Accepting confirms the terms below. The desk raises the order against them and sends a proforma invoice with the payment details. Nothing is charged until you pay against the proforma invoice the desk issues.
Decline this quote
This closes the quote. The price is not held afterwards, so if the requirement comes back it is priced again at current prices.
Report a shortage or damage
Tell us what arrived wrong and it is on the clock from today. Keep the carton and the packing material until it is settled: the carrier can ask to see them, and we file the freight claim rather than you.
Send this first, then reply to the email it sends you with photographs of the outer carton and the vials. Sending it now is what stops the clock.
Request a cancellation
The desk reviews cancellations the same business day. Until it confirms, the order keeps moving. Once boxes are packed a cancellation is treated as a return.
